ECONERGY Biodiesel

The ECONERGY biodiesel production process adopts the patent technology of multi-staged continuous reactions and instant feedstock separation in various core-reactors; which results ECONERGY biodiesel yield a purity of 99.5%. Such technology further enables stabilization and control in PH level and water-content through adoption of acid catalyst, alkaline catalyst and complex procedures of distillation purification.

In addition, via stage-quality control procedures to further ensure ECONERGY ultimate output quality comply with international CNS, ASTM, and EN standards.

Glycerin

As the domestic pharmaceutical glycerin supply in Taiwan heavily depends on imports, ECONERGY decides to take the our glycerin production one step further and improve raw glycerin quality to pharmaceutical glycerin, in order to provide domestic and international market another good quality, competitive glycerin product.

The capacity of ECONERGY glycerin is about 10,000 tons per annum with USP grade compliance. The characteristics of ECONERGY glycerin is clear-looking, tasteless hygroscopic liquid with no identifiable scent, and could be mixed with water, methanol and ethanol, in haphazard ratios.  In addition, such pharmaceutical glycerin has a density of less than or equal to 1.260, boiling point around 120 degrees Celsius, and freezing point at -26 degrees Celsius, which possesses a good frost-preventing nature.

Plasma Gasification

Plasma Gasification adopts biomass through 2000 degrees Celsius gasification process to create carbon monoxide and hydrogen, clean energy resources to be utilized for electricity and power generation.

The Advantage of Plasma Gasification in bio-energy industry is its ability to recycle biomass feedstock and provide alternative environmental-friendly energy resource.  In addition, the residual ashes from gasification process could be recycled to form solid substance for construction industry.

ECONERGY is currently involved in the plasma-gasification pilot-plant project and planning on commercial production quantity to achieve more efficient production.

Cellulous Alcohol
ECONERGY also cooperates closely with RESI in developing “Cellulose Fermented Technology” and expects to achieve commercial-scale production in near future.

The cellulous alcohol production process hydrolyzed cellulous feedstocks and extraxt the five-carbon and six-carbon sugar form fermentation to  produce a 99.5% highly-purity, vehicle-adoptable cellulous alcohol for global bio-energy market.
